Default Horns

so i was coming home today after talking with a manager at work and as i was getting onto the highway this dumb bitch in a 97 explorer cuts me off, twice! once getting on the on ramp and then getting onto the highway, so i just passed her and did the usual one finger salute ""

but anyways, i saw a Scion xB with a train horn on it once and it was scaring the **** out of people a block away, and right now i have the little stock horn on mine and was wondering it anybody would know how to rig something like that up or even if it's possible. sure they jump if you honk your horn but i want them to **** themselves because they think that they're about to end up in an extended hatchback
