If i were to get hids a hi and low be xenon kit that is 10000ks I assume that's hi beam. But what would the low beam hid be 4000k? R what

Which HID's? I know a person who works at an auto place that can get me them with I believe fog light HID's also for $100.

Get the Cree LEDs like I said
Those both have Cree LED's, one is Bi-Xenon though and one is Hi/Lo DRL

You need the 9007 not the H4

Hi/Lo will both be 6000k, I'm looking at LED's not HID's.
