An hid bulb requires a ballast to run it. Most kits are plug and play install. Just mount the ballast somewhere. I order my kits only from vvme and I have order alot of lots from there too. Never been disappointed

They were not hid... My mistake, they are xenon filled halogens. Supposed to be really good though I guess... Anyone run these?
