That is a very good question my friend.. lol.. Well don't you have to buy a conversion kit and ballists and all that?

when you buy them from ddmtuning it comes with the HID bulbs and ballasts. here they are starting out at $40 for the bulbs and ballasts which is all you need. be sure to select the correct bulb type 9007 you can either get low beam or hi/low beam for $20 more I have just the low beam because they are bright enough.

Yeah and worth it, closest to HID you can get.

Was looking at the link and was wondering if i need the brackets, hid harness, error eliminator and/or the adaptor cable

Www.vvme.com has cheap hid kits too I know posted this pic once but here it is again lol I looked an took that picture last night they should still be that price it comes with everything u need to install and mount the ballast
