I have a 2wd with 265 70 17 and mine is rubbing in the same spot on the sway bar, on both sides. I haven't been able to figure out why. I will have to keep an eye on this thread.

It shouldnt rub with that size tire, i have a 2wd with 305/40r22 and it only rubs at almost full lock on my sway bars cuz there aftermarket hellwig bars and there alot thicker than the stock one. Do you have stock rims on?

Stock 16 rims and sway bars had it aligned and they said nothing about it. I did put 2'' coil spacer on it. But I wouldn't think that would make any difference. It doesn't rub if I just turn steering wheel all the way. Must be when suspension is in motion while turning.
