help me decide!!

I am trying to decide whether or not to paint my brush guard black and put back on my truck... what do you guys think??

The fist picture is from about a week ago the second is how it sits now

It would look more aggressive with the grill guard done up in black. Be real sick and use spray on bed lining!!!

That's actually what I was thinking of doing. How should I prep? I don't want it to look bad or come off
