Damn.... It runs better without the MAF than it does with it. At least it would be drivable this way if I end up taking it to a mechanic.

There's that, IF you make it. Give it shot if it's not too cold if you can let a mechanic have it. That would honestly be your best bet at this point.

The night it started acting up, I was about 30 miles from home. It drove back to my garage as long as I "two-foot" it at stops and lower speeds. The fuel mileage even went up a tenth. Lol

It means the you either have a huge Vacuum leak probably in the Intake Manifold or a faulty MAF sensor.

^^I did say this. A long, long time ago. ^^

There's a good chance the problem was answered on page one and two. Could be the PCV elbow back of the motor among other things (more leaks included). Combine that with the 1131 and 1151 and you got drivability concerns. It would have to be one heck of leak for it not to run.
Like I said, it has to be gone thru in my opinion. Something is being missed.

Personally, I'd get a gasket set & pull the intake looking for any cracks & inspecting hoses as I go. Reassemble to spec & then begin looking elsewhere if the problem persists. These plastic intakes are known for cracking. Also gives you a chance to inspect the egr runners & such.

I got it into the shop (25 miles away). Ran the cruise at 60 on the way there and got 14.5 mpg. Lol. I'll update when the problem is fixed. Thank you, everyone, for all your help!

I got it back. The problem was a massive vacuum leak (you can pick up your bet winnings at the door). I completely over looked it. The pcv line had come unplugged at the throttle body. Since I had taken it on and off several times before to check if it was the cause of the bad idol. I just assumed all was well and didn't even look at it. I kinda feel dumb... But, at least it's running and I did find the large hole in the other line so I'm calling this a win. Thanks, yet again, for everyones help!

Ok, so it still has the random hard start. Most of the time it fires right up after barely bumping the key but randomly it will turn over for awhile then chug to life. Once it's running, all is well. Any ideas?
