Default HELP with brakes

So the past while now I have been having some shake when I get around 65mph. I found out my front left brake is dragging, I can spin it by hand but once I let go it comes to a stop pretty quick, unlike my right front wheel. So I got a new caliper, new brake hose and got my rotor resurfaced/turned but still having brake drag. If i take my caliper off it'll spin nice and free, it just seems like something isnt releasing pressure off the caliper and it causing my pads to be too tight on the rotor. Brakes are bled with new clean fluid and wheel bearings are good too. I'm at a total lost and dont know what else it could be.
If anyone could give some advice and point me to the right direction I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

Are the caliper slide pins greased with no binding? You haven’t done any brake pedal adjustment recently have you?

Could be a bad brake hose too, not allowing fluid to release quickly.

He said he changed the hose. With no ABS I can’t think what else it would be other than slide pins binding or the pads are binding in pad carrier grooves. I was thinking the brake pedal adjustment could be too tight....but I would think both calipers would be doing it if it was a brake pedal issue.

The OP may not have front ABS but he does have rear ABS. Just wanted to say that and get the ABS question out of the way.

With the caliper and hose change, resurface of the rotor, and still sticking, I'd have to go up to the brake master cylinder next, being it's non-front ABS. Just where I would go to next and check.

Do you have a means to check the runout on the turned rotor?

everything is greased like it should be and no i haven't adjusting anything. I dont think I would have to because its just the left front brake dragging not both front.

Sorry, I'm not quite sure what your meaning.

Not very mechanically inclined when it comes to brakes, what would I be looking for going into the MC and or brake booster?
