I wanna say that your HVAC could be malfunctioning. Could also be a wiring/relay issue somewhere, but there is a lot of different things that could be wrong.

I'd forget about HVAC, it means Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning. You might try playing with the key a little bit with it in the off position, heater switch on, and see if it does anything. My first thought is trouble of some sort in the ignition switch wiring. It may be leaving some other things turned on as well as the blower. Tracka96

Same thing happens to my 95, its in the ignition. Play with the key and leave the heater on full blast to make sure its completely off. It should turn off, try wiggling the key next time and see if you cant make it go off.

The column is busted on our 95 due to some retard trying to take it out wrong. We literally fixed it with bailing wire. But acc doesnt work, if its not 100% in the right spot it will stay on. All we do is just giggle the ignition just a little bit if it stays on.

Fuse 105 in the battery junction box controls the blower motor through a relay. Pull that fuse at night till you can check out the relay. The relay is under the oval cover on top of the dash. Removing the fuse will kill power to the blower.
