Default Headlight malfunction need help asap!

Okay so first of all i have projector headlights, not the beat but i uae foglights mainly anyway, but anyways, so on my way home i noticed that my left lowbeam on my halos was not on but the right one was so i decided to turn on the brights, but the right high beam bulb wasnt on, so anyways, fast forward 15 mins when i get home, i turn the brights on again and their both working, but the ring arouns the halos is off, so i hit the headlight a couple times and it comes back on but now the right high beam is off, this all happened in the span of a few hours not sure what to check or look at, please help

What lights? Are they the Spyder lights?

If so, those are know to crap out almost exactly how you are describing.

The fix is to get better housings.

If they are retrofits, then it could be the wiring or the controller, and who did the work?

some of the cheaper lights have questionable wiring and connectors. i would pop it out and check all connectors and wiring .

Ive seen some with taped up joints.

What was wrong with the stock/factory lighting? If nothing- then put them back in and put Sylvania Ultra bulbs in and be done with it- if you need more light than that to see, you may have other problems.

Do they look like this?

If so, they are the spyder type and constantly have issues like you are having. 6 months is when it will usually start, and only gets worse.
