Exclamation Headlight issue

Having quite a hard time with this and can find nothing to help me as of yet. I am in the process of changing the headlight bulb in my 1997 F150. The problem is that my headlights seem to be different than all headlights I've seen online. There seems to be a black casing on the back of my headlight, preventing me from removing the bulb. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Twist the black collar, counter clockwise like if you were looking at it from the drivers seat

That's not the issue, ive done that. The thing is that the back of my headlight is different. That ring is underneath a larger black casing over the whole rear of the headlight and i cannot remove it. Ill try to get a picture if i can.

No its all loose and ready to be pulled out, but it can not be pulled straight out like the rest of the headlights ive seen on the internet. It needs to be removed at an angle, but the opening in the case does not allow for that. I attatched pictures to my post.

Even though I've never seen this before, here's what i do know: every replacement headlight housing sold is exactly the same for all 97-03 trucks. So with that, I'm assuming that the plastic piece currently on there must come off somehow. I would carefully inspect it and remove all hardware that appears to be attaching it to the housing. If it still won't come off, try gently (GENTLY) prying around to see if it begins to move. If that doesn't work and you simply cannot sneak the bulb out ( it appears with a little fanagaling you can) then use a dremel to elongate the hole - that's a last resort

What i ended up doing (just in case somebody out there had the same problem) removed all possible screws, then the farthest aiming screw - i unscrewed it as far as it would go. This raised the black case up a few mil so i could wiggle the bulb out.
