Default Headache Rack/Toolbox

I was just wondering if someone could point me in the right direction in where I could find good prices on these things and from where. I've been looking but there doesn't seem to be too many options and everything seems way expensive . If you guys could tell me where you bought your toolbox and headache rack from and maybe some pics I would appreciate it thx- Zach

Craigslist would be a good start, or make your own. As for a cheap new one, Google Back Rack. There's a Dodge near me that has one. I've seen them for as cheap as 200 bones, but they're not the nicest, no lights or anything. Just a basic headache rack. I've never really looked at tool boxes, so I can't help you out there

Craigslist is probably the best bet, but if your going to want quality in a tool box and rack you got to pay just like having tools you get what you pay for. Nice brands I have always liked are pro tec and highway products. My last rack I got new was from http://westcoastoffroad.com/ his prices are pretty good!

What size headache bar do we want for a normal f150. It's 71 1/5 right? The f250 bed is the same correct?

Ebay. I got two ladder rack sections with a 750lb capacity for $115 free shipping. Put one on each truck to act as a headache rack.

And right now, near me at least, Home Depot is selling low profile, slim tool boxes for fullsize trucks for $78

Pawn shops are worth looking at for tool boxes, found my box at one for $100

As for a headache rack I'd recommend garage sales at houses with older work trucks in the drive way, found mine for $5 that way

Places like Harbor Freight and Northern Tool Co. always have sales on them. See if there's one in your area.
