I have a 98 f150 that when stopped lets say at a red light or just idling the RPMS rev up and then drop and then rev up and then drop...what is wrong!?!? Please help and if I let off the break a little bit I nudge forward more than I would

Could be the intake, vacume line. You can have a smoke test done to check for the leak. Sounds like she is sucking air.

What position is ur fan switch on? If ur low on freon an have even the heater or ac on feet an face it'll dot that unroll u refill the freon and disconnect ur battery for a few min.
