Default Front end sqeaking while turning

Hey guys I've just replaced all the ball joints on the front end and 2weeks later I hear a squeaking noise coming from the front passenger side when turning right. What could this be? Truck is a 99 4x4 with the 5.4. Thanks in advance, Clay.

Describe the squeak? Just one squeak or a series of squeaks?

Another idea i sway bar end links with bad bushings. I would check these out see if they are broken. These cost 20$ for both sides and take about a half hour to do yourself. Also is there any clunk, broken end links usually cause this too. Otherwise, or lean towards tie rods since you did ball joints. Good luck.

bad ball joints sound exactly like squeaky brakes.

Did your new ball joints get greased after installation?

Are you SURE the brakes are not squeaking?

Sway bar bushings?
