Greased all ball joints after I installed them and front end was aligned 2days later after i replaced the ball joints. Brakes do not squeak plus that noise happens even when I'm not applying the brakes. This just crossed my mind, could it be the cv axle or cv joints? Is it commend for those to go bad?

ye cv's like to click when bad like a bad u-joint, still sounds like 1+ bad tie rod ends, try takin a look and seeing if any of the rubber boots are torn or if they're rusted/dried out, should help narrow it down

But I thought bad tie rod ends would cause a clucking noise and cause play in the steering and cause the truck to wonder going down the road.

A consistent clicking is almost always a CV joint.

Alright so mine does the same thing but it itll do it goin in a straight line. Could that be ball joints and It does it when I turn. Ive checked my sway bar end links and they need replacin and pretty sure my tie rod ends too as the boots on them are ripped

Another idea is do y'all think the axle nut is not tight enough to seat the wheel bearing and that could be causing it to squeak?

bad tie rod ends can cause the truck to wander when driving if they are worn and have play but not always, they can still be tight but dried out/torn boots and sound like hell, and think a loose wheel bearing would cause more of a wobble and can make a roaring type sound when bad
