front end shaking!

Default front end shaking!

i have a really bad shake in the front in!..trying to trouble shoot it. it happens 35-44 mph over the speed smooth.under 35 smooth..i notice i have play on passager inter and outer tie rod..could that cause the shake? its a 4x4 truck also.deff replacing it but could it cause it to shake.

The tie rods could possibly be the problem...i would also check the wheel bearings, and the tires themselves.

it could also be your idler arm, but tie rods make sense because the 4wd's have ifs and if you put it in 4 alot it can wear them down quick. Also if your running bigger tires those wear out front end parts also. if you still have problems after you replace the tie rods take it to an alignment shop and have them run a check most of the time they can pin point the problem.

Had the same problem. Had to replace the idler arm Inner and outer tie rod ends and upper and lower ball joints.

pretty sure its just tie arms on the left side..bc the truck does pull to the left also and never have before..and yes i use my 4x4 everyweekend

any right ups on replacing the inter and outer tie rods? looks simple but how do you measure the old ones to the new ones for the same lenth
