Default HELP PLEASE Front End problem

I was driving and heard some grinding noise from the front end. Olso can feel it in the floor. I looked at the front tires and noticed that 1 was straight and the other was turning to the left a little. What can cause this and what should I look for to find the problem.
Thanks

I agree! I had the same problem with my 2000 F-150. It was the inner and outter wheel bearings. It was a cheap fix. Only like $25 for the part from discount auto parts and my mechanic put them on for free!!! But, if you have snapped something then it could be worst! Good luck buddy

It doesnt lean in it looks like when you turn the wheel to go around a corner. Possibly a bad tie rod? but that wont make a grinding noise. right?

Have never heard of grinding noises being attributed to alignment. Suggest looking more towards the vacuum actuated locking hubs.

Remove both hubs and drive it, is noise still present?
