Default Front bumper post bent.

Hey, so a couple of weeks ago I got into an accident, and when I got the time to take off my bumper is saw that bracket was bent and the post that attaches to the frame. Since it is welded on I don't know how to get it straightened back out. GOt any ideas? I drive an 03 5.4 lariat.

Cut it off and fab them. Or cut them off and get junk yard posts and weld new on. Depends how bad, heat and bend back

Me? I'd hook that sucker up to a chain and a tree and bend it back, then reinforce it if need be.
