Default Front Bumper

Does anyone know how to remove the bottom part of the bumper underneath the chrome on a 2003 F150 SuperCrew 2WD? The part where the license plate is..Front Bumper-photo791.jpg

Those push trees are for the painted cap...... If you can't figure that out you probably don't need to be removing the lower valence lol. It's held on with a bunch of 7mm bolts I believe.

X2. If you can't figure out how to loosen a couple bolt you probably shouldn't remove it.

I just pulled mine off this past weekend to paint it. The I circled in red holds the bumper onto the frame. You'll have those two and two on the other side. I couldn't tell from the picture, but you'll have about 8 others similar to the one I circled in yellow. those hold the lower valence to the chrome portion of the bumper. My plate holder was had two rivets holding the bottom portion on. I was pulling it anyway so I just drilled them out. Hope this helps...

I pulled the entire thing because it was easier to deal with. But the bolt circled in green are the ones to pull. Didn't notice it first time around.

I was gong to say the same thing. It is was easier to pull the bumper IMO rather than trying to get to those bolts while on the truck.
