i really want to know what coasts 1200 on these trucks if you work on it yourself? my truck is a 2001 with 170k miles ive yet to do more than just brakes and oil changes oh i did ball joints at 150k. 170k origanal clutch and i work this truck hard.

when you own a 10+ year old truck im guessing has well over 100k they break. i just did 3000 dollars worth of work too a 2005 chevey 1500 ss with 39k miles, im pretty happy with both my fords after working on that p.o.s.

 

I like fords but a new transmission will pull 1200 bucks. Mine died at 60k miles
