Nice, good luck with it!

Thanks. I already know which direction I will be going. I'd like to find a Cobra R manifold and run that over the stock Navigator unit.. But I will have to find a way to keep longtubes.. May have to cut change the angle on the headers and then reweld them with the proper flange.. I want 350hp/350tq to the wheels minimum all motor on pump gas..

Does your truck have the 4r100? If not just use the PCM from your truck and get an Sct tuner.

No it doesnt have a 4r100. I have 4r70w but I'd need the wiring harness for an older model navi I think because the one that came with my engine has 3 big plug ins like the newer model trucks do.

I'm not a pro on this swap but I thought we could use the f150 harness but modify the coil connectors and extend a couple other wires? Maybe not?

I think you might be right... I talked to a guy who did the swap on another forum and he said to reverse the polarity on the cops and that's it. His is 2001 f150 crew cab.

Turns out all you have to do is switch the COP polarity and you can use the stock 2v wiring harness with a tune on the pcm. Saves me some trouble... hopefully lol

Don't forget you have to swap the f150 oil pan to the navi motor, modify exhaust to navi manifolds, and I think something with the fuel lines...
