Where can I get cheap OEM fog lights? ( the lower valance ones )

Yes, Fog light are designed to project a low angle beam through the fog with minimal glair back to the driver using a focused (narrow) beam Driving lights are designed like normal headlights with a brighter wider beam. This my understanding of the difference. Hope this helps.

Hmmmmm I thought that the headlights were headlights and fogs ( lower lights ) were fogs. good to know. Well I want it brighter so driving light!

Well if you have a lower valence with fog holes then get some depot fogs they are clear so they will match your lightning heads.

That's a good start, but let me try to clarify a little further:
Fog lights have a much wider beam, and conversely, much shorter than normal headlights.
This helps you see the shoulders of the road better, but won't help for seeing objects in the distance.
Driving lights have a narrow and longer light throw than standard headlights, for better distance viewing.
