Default Fog Light Mod

I have a 2000 F150. I want to do the Fog Light Mod on it, meaning i want to be able to have my fog lights on while my parking lights are on. They don't have to stay on when my high beams are on, but it's not a big deal. I''m more worried about them being on with my parking lights. I was wondering if anyone had a step by step detail of how to do this.
Thanx

that link is the one I used as well when I did it, worked great. it allows them to be on with both the parking lights and high beams.
