Cork wont last. Go with paper and copper silicone.

from the little research I've done ive found that we don't need inspections when it hits the historic mark but that's 6 years away for me. I also found its self inspection for a diesel in nj so I wonder if I can get my registration change from a gas v8 to a diesel v8 which is probably no easy task, I wouldn't need inspections anymore at the dmv just self inspection

I always used hi-temp copper gasket spray. That is some good stuff. I used it to seal up my egr and misc blower seals too.

yeah I knew eventually one of the foreign trucks would try to weasel its way into the diesel market, pretty genius using a cummins though. I'd never buy one but the power plant will be enough to steal ppl away from the big three. Actually it's the big two now that dodge is owned by Fiat.

I was just looking to use the free sheets of gasket maker laying in my toolbox. I think the mainstream places have permatex brand spray, but I've used it before. I'll see if they have an oem gasket first

After talking to a few friend who a Cummin's certed from Nissan say its nothign special. They say the current 5.6 gas engine pulls better and get similar mileage. I mean the 5.6 in the titan has alway been a strong engine. I hav eseen them dyno with bolts on near the 340 RWHP/450 rwtq.

I doubt they will sell very many. Its a 6k premium over the 5.6 gas engine.

I test drove a Titan before I got me truck. Fell in love with it minus the price tag. I would almost pick one over a 5.7 iForce
