Hows it going fellas.. Played with the crimper for a bit more today. Happy as hell, - total cold fushion via mechanical compresion., no silver bearing solder needed. In this case, any solder would be bad for it. 100% solid conductor that will hopefully last longer then me lol. THIS is what I'm going with for the 98 build. Might need a motor now, pulling an all nighter (or until I keel over) to see if that's the case. That what happens when these old high milers sit to long...

Anyway, crimper turned out great for a cheap investment, - what do you think about the heavy lug double crimp test ?

Hey Dave, ported blower, midplate, plenum, accufab TB, and 4# lower. Will I be close to maxing out the 42#'s already?

They are mathematically good for about 475 flywheel hp. That's at .75-.80 duty cycle.

so that is 356 rwhp...that'll be too close for comfort
