For your motor? The difference is the oil viscosity when warm. they're both a 5 viscosity oil when cold but one is 30 when warm and the other is 20 when warm. 30 is a thicker oil, 20 is thinner making it easier for your oil pump to get it where it needs to be. Which is probably why ford changed the spec to 5w20

Cool.
Yup, - got out of that one.

How do i get a coil pack out, little fairing thing is stripped, but i needa be able to get the coil pack out, how so i do so?
Also my truck missfires under accleration not just cruising, could it be if a coil back didnt go down right? Because i had to put the intake back on with two coil packs on it, and i hear a weird ticking from inside the cap that i normally dont hear
