I still haven't found a left side torsion bar. They are discontinued. So that is something to think about as well.

You will also need:
New Flex-plate
By-Pass your p/n safety switch (depending on controller)
Transfer-case (Then you have to worry about the ECM and PCM sending the wrong controls). If you are ESOF. This wouldnt be too bad to wire up though.

You could get a custom rear tailshaft housing for the 5r110 to mate with the BW4406 but then you would have to have someone make you a billet tailshaft as well. The tailshafts on the 5R110's slide out from the back (no need to take it apart). To take the tailshaft out of a 4R100, everything has to come out. If you get a trasfercase from the 5R110 then you wouldnt need any custom parts but one driveshaft.

I would have saved alot of time and money going with a built 4R70.

Looked at a 5r110 w/TC sitting next to a 4r100 w/TC. It beefier. I see a BL being needed. As far as Transmount I'm sure the stock location would work with a litt massage and adding a plate. Acturally dont need to bypass the Park neutral position switch as the Controller uses it to determine gear selection. I haave used many controllers on 5r110 when doing cummins swap in SD's. If ESOF its even easier as the same wire trigger the same function on the ahift motor itself.

The controller has nothing to do with the enginge management and cranking sequence. So unless you bypass the p/n your not gonna get any cranking action. Every wire on the harness goes to the controller.

So no wires from the tranny go to the PCM, or anything but the controller. This is why you have to wire the range sensor up

Pretty much have everything plugged up besides the turbo parts. Going for a NA start sometime soon. Hence the stock rails and new injectors.
