This is excluding the winter.... when its -20 here. Summer is 90-95 F

Biggest issue with W/A is heat soak in prolonged driving. It will get the point where the water is no longer cooling. I had a turbo nissan back in the day with a w/a an a heat exchanger. In the summer after extedned driving IATs would still shoot threw the roof.

I would think the dual pass H/E would take care of the prolonged IAT2's

It will help but water flow has to be spot on. To fast or to slow will cause heat to rise.

Depends a lot of the effiemcy of exchanger and pump. Should be able to maximize that
