You could prolly push 15-18 lbs by just changing rods. That's the weak link along with tty fasteners. When I blow mine up I'll sell you some parts

Obviously forged pistons would be ideal. Then forged with coated side skirts. Just a pita to balance and wait.

What weights did your alls balancer give you own your balance sheet ?

I didnt get a sheet. I could tell the crank was touched though. I trust this guy though I havent heard a single bad thing from anyone thats gone through him.

Rods the weak link. Anything forged otta be good though unless youre going all out like ibd. Manley, modmax, etc is fine in wouldnt spend money on eagle or oliver unless I had twins.

JE and Diamond make a good prices 5.4 for guys looking at 2.3-2.8 chargers.

Oliver doesn't make a 5.4 piston I'm aware of. I got charged out the *** for their custom pistons. Rods were 1349.00

Never mind... it bounces up then down,I cut it off and back on then its normal. Ride a minute it bottoms out. No clue what's wrong with it,maybe a clogged oil filter?

LOL. Maybe the muffler bearings. But really, have you checked the plug on the sending unit by the oil filter Jackedup? Maybe disconnect & clean and put some dielectric grease in it. Hopefully its not a pressure problem.
