Just throwing it out there maybe it is your catalytic converters sometimes they plug up and you lose a lot of power. That could also be why air is coming back out of your intake.

How many miles are on it? How long have you had it?
Did you check any of the vacuum lines to make sure there is now cracks or holes in them? I'm just spit balling here trying to think of ideas.

it has 77,000 miles and i have had it a year and no cracks or holes
