no chips I can have a key made for 2 bucks at the local hardware store and that's how I like it lol

haven't installed it yet someone told me a bunch of nonsense that it was bad for the computer so I was making sure it wasn't true before I installed it but I'll let u know how it works out

My connections were oxidizing tried to clean them up but they needed to be replaced so I bout the negative knife switch and a power distribution block with voltage display for the positive side. Let's see how long it works for

97/98 has a early version of PATS. I for one wouldnt use a knife switch. I have a hidden switch that controls the ground for the PCM relay. Much easier and more effective. If they break in a notice the vehicle has no power they just have to pop the hood. Where as with disabling the pcm they wont be able to go any where.
