Governor? I'm almost positive F150's had a limited top speed, my edge cs programmer removed that if I remember correctly, or did they just never have one?

There's not enough road in in the world to get these things up over 100. Plus you'd need at least that far to get it to stop. HAHA.

Tank without the gun.

I use my edge just to monitor temps basically my trans can not stand the added pressure with the added weight so it just slips worse lol. Modified valve bodies are the way to go versus higher line pressure. Have one and a spare trans for later to see what it will do when this one burns up. If you are pushing high mileage on the original trans I would advice against messing with the trans to much other than shift points.

I turned mine up once and man did it shift hard but that was after some noticeable slippage noise lol oops

I ran a edge on 2 of my previous trucks.... When I took it off I had an over drive slip on both trucks. The first truck got sold so I dunno what happen with it. The second truck.... I put a trans in it shortly after removing the programmer.... My current truck I never programmed I sold the edge cause I blamed it for the transmissions lol may have had nothing to do with the edge but after I took it off both trucks it slipped like hell going into overdrive. Edit.. Also this programmer was used over a long period of time on both trucks.
