Default Door panel lights

Today I was trying to change the door panel lights from stock bulbs to LED but when I was trying to get the passenger side out, the whole light and plug went right in down the door panel so now I can't even see them. Is there a way to pop out that white holder so maybe I can reach down and pull it back up? Or will I have to remove the whole door panel? Any help would be appreciated!!

Door panel has to come off. Super easy though. The pillar cover on the door comes off, and there is a screw there. Same with the cover behind the door handle. Remove those two, then take the window switch assembly off also. It pops off easily also. After that, grab the handle and pull up. Comes right off.

Yeah, just take the panel off to avoid breaking something. It's an easy 5 minute process and will make it easier to plug in your lights as well. It did for me at least. You could try and get away with lifting and pulling out the bottom so you don't have to re-align but if you have anger issues I don't reccomend that.

Maybe its the stunt jumping. And the engine eradication. And the transmission terror.
