Default Does PlastiDip...

Fade? Well I'm sure after a while it will age in the elements, but I was tossing around the idea to Dip my grille. It's fading but the spray paint held up for quite a while! So would it be a good choice or just go for spray paint again?

Thanks!

Paint for sure.. If you have to scrub at all to get a bug off the plasti dip will not hold up to that.. It's got that rubbery texture and feel, I don't use dip as a permanent look, it's more of a test product for me, if I like how it looks I rip the dip and paint for good.

I plasti dipped my grill, but it chips so I would touch it up every now and then , then while at the auto parts store I found a can of dupli color bed armor , problem solved!, I used it on plastic, stainless, metal, the stuff is very durable

Plasti dip is easy to use and looks good.. I use it really so I don't get runs.. I seem to get at least a few when I use spray paint. But I painted my stock grille before my Billet and it was easy. It wasn't the honey comb but similar to it, therefore your style would probably be a lot easier.

Bed liner is the way to go! That's what 80% of the black is on my truck. Honeycomb grill included!! Soon I'm going to b doing a strip of bed liner on the rocker panel area.
