Does anyone know what this is???
Yea, it's your RFI capacitor, - filters out high-frequency noise caused by the ignition so that it doesn't echo through the radio. Vehicles with composite intakes have the capacitor at the front of the engine (were it is grounded to metal), - metal intake capacitors are mounted on top of the intake towards the rear.
EDIT: BTW, you should have two, - one for each bank.
RadioFrequencyInterference ~ (RFI)...cap.

Does anyone know the part# for the female end connector for this. I checked Motorcraft pigtail catalog and can't find the part. Also does anyone know the part# for the female connector for the CHT because none of the auto parts stores can tell me not do they have the make and connector.
I get all those from here, -

You'll have to scroll thru. You can get a pigtail, but you don't use the wires. Well I don't. The connectors are easily removed with a a small eyeglass screwdriver or you can purchase a little connector removal tool. Ford connectors are all removable....changeable. I've rebuilt many harnesses lol.
