Here is mine no awesome blueprints and all factory mounts are gone so that wouldn't help you much but I do have a model of some of it at home

Eyeball it haha. It wont take much after you have built the bumper part of it. Everything goes around the bumper.

I just welded 4" square plates with 4 holes on the corners onto the end of my frame horns then welded tubes to that. I dont think anyone ever made any blueprints..unless its any prodessional company, but their not gonna let that go very easily.

Triton-SAS, any idea how much it costed you in materials, and how much time it took? I am talking to a guy about custom making one similar to that, and he wants to charge me 1400 bucks. For that price I am not doing it lol, but I just want to know if he is trying to milk a ton of money out of me or what. I know the iron cross ones are like 1200.

Nope, nothing, the only thing I wanted was the tow shackle things. Other than that, my idea looked similar to the guy who posted a pic, just the bumper would have been solid with no holes, and the things around the headlights would be tubes coming out of the bumper. It looks like crap when trying to explain it in words lol, but basically, just think of that guys bumper with two tow shackles on it.

Honestly his price is fairly close. It takes a lot of time to make one from scratch that looks awesome all the cuts placing pieces tack welding finish welding.

No fixtures no pre cut parts that is how fabrication is anywhere from 40 to 80 bucks or even more an hour is what people charge these days.

I know when I was making stuff they would charge an 80 dollar an hour minimum to make it.

I honestly don't know how many hour I have into it. I'll post a solid model of what I have later. Think the new mounts took me 6 hrs to make and another 2 to install not to mention 2 more hours cutting the original ones off. Figure 200 in materials plus original brush guard I had bought.
