Default Cup Holders

I bought this F150 last year, the cup holders have been great. Here it even takes a 25ounce can,
Keeps it cool until i get back. An ashtray too for a cigar or cigarette, don't drink and/then drive, but you could wait till you get home. You can smoke while someone else is driving. I guess you could drink while someone else is driving. Your running the risk of an open container, if there's a designated driver you could drink while the vehicle is in motion.

2003 F150 SPORT XL

Is the SPORT the same as STX? theres a sticker with Sport, I guess SPORT is lifted a bit higher than regular F150 XL,
XLT would be the 5.4L, bigger truck
Thanks

I hope you were just kidding about the 'designated driver' thing. In California, any open container, anywhere in the cab is a felony offense.

My cup holder finally bit the dust and took a dive to the floorboard after all these years. Couldn’t find any gray ones online for a decent price without an ashtray.

Maybe it’s time to take up being a cigar connoisseur.

Try a junk yard, these trucks are over 20 years old, there's a lot of them here in the junk yard. 1997-2003 F150's
If your lookin for a quality cigar, you'll most likely have to try a cigar shop.

Yeah, got one coming in tomorrow from California. Yard hopping would have had to wait. I’m pretty sure I reaggravated a left foot stress fracture within the last week, so nowhere near as fun with a boot on the left foot.

21-year old plastic problems…🤦🏻‍♂️

I guess thats why Ford added an ashtray, so the operator and/or passenger can relax, smoke a cigarette. That was in 2003, before vaping became so popular.
all trucks even today should have a cigarette lighter and ashtray, it's nice when you drive long distances and you need to smoke. Your probably not allowed to smoke and drive but people do anyway, Beats tipping the ash out the window
I doubt Ford will ever team up with marlboro or any cigarette company to encourage smoking
if the Marlboro Man drove a truck, it would be a Ford

I’m glad trucks don’t come with ashtrays anymore. It’s a waste of space for the rest of us who do not smoke.
