Default Creaking Noises

I have a 2003 Supercrew 4x4 and whenever I go over a dip in the road or when i turn left it makes a loud creaking noise. Any suggestions what this could be?

If you push down on the front end (while parked of course), do you hear the creaking then?

Yes, you can. You just have to get someone you don't like to jump up and down on the front bumper while going down the highway lol.

Clicking noise would be a cv I only said this because you said you heard it while turning

I would say that the ujoints in the rear shaft need to be replaced highway speeds is a little unusual to just be heard then so I would start listening around town maybe your just not hearing it take a few turns go fast slow and see what happens the only way you can tell Is if it's in the air by shaking the shaft w
