Did you mean coil-on-plug (COP) when you said coil pack? 2011 only shows COP available. A "coil pack" means multiple plugs fired from one component.

Besides that, you need to pick an engine.

By late 2001, all 4.6/5.4 are COP.
No more coil packs.

Good design, just make sure you use Ford/Motorcraft ignition parts not aftermarket.

They're not cross-referenced. A pro might be able to "make them work" but it's not a simple swap, I'd guess.

2011 is really close though. Rockauto isn't perfect but if you click on the part number it shows the compatibility with other years. Went all the way to 2010. One year shy. 1997-2010.

The coil packs are fine, it's the weak Ford design of making a "well" around the coil/spark plug to capture water and thus corrode and short out the coil. Living in Oregon we have lots of water on the road and I have replaced all 8 coils at various times over the past years. I used to carry a spare coil to have when the next one went out. I will be replacing all 8 at the same time this next month. Mine is a 4.6 XLT 4x4.

LOL.

Also, - It's about impossible to fill the plug chambers with water with these trucks while driving. Unless your missing the bottom inner wheel well pieces or have a bad hood seal. Owner operator error if it happens.

If your one of those individuals who purchases cheap knock-off coils for replacements, they may short out at any time, right out of the box.

Sorry, I should have said "ignition coils" rather than "coil packs". A brain glitch.
