Default cluster failure

Hey guys my instruments went out two weeks ago. No fuses blown. Not the gem module. I bought a new cluster would that fix my issue?

It might. Did you check the fuse socket for short ? Is there a fuse that just powers the cluster ? I don't think so..maybe, - I'd have to look, but you can do that. Is there anything else that uses the same fuse?

Just some things to check. You can use a Multi Meter, plug it into the fuse socket, unless you have a jumper to test the circuit. Know what I mean?

If you replace the cluster, you will have to program your keys (you need 2 to do it) and that will be the most costly part of all this.

Because the PATS system is inside the instrument cluster.

In the cluster. If you replace the cluster you'll have to keep receipts because you'll have a new milage number.
