Cleaning it out
I bought my truck a month ago and have been going through and doing cleaning and replacing filters. I enjoy doing anything that is more time than money intensive right now (saving up and recouping from recent purchases but still want to piddle around) and anything that I can do to increase power and lengthen life span is good
So far I have done the following:
Cleaned MAF
Gotts
Removed silencer
replaced STOCK fuel filter..
Air filter is near new
Changed oil
And now I plan on cleaning the throttle body (and any tips on that are welcome).
Any other suggestions while I am in there. I am a big noob so sorry if there is something obvious I dont know to do...

Been doing alot of the same to mine. With 100,000 miles, and not knowing the history, it's best to start fresh.
In my plans are radiator flush, break fluid flush, oil change front and rear diffs, fuel filter, and new spark plugs.
Trying to get at least one "chore" done for every "fun" job I do to her.

Haha yeah its easy to do the expensive drop off pick up stuff
The guy that had mine replaced the spark plugs not long ago. Just replaced all COPs due to a problem myself. Otherwise he didnt do much (hence the stock fuel filter at 150k. Motor is 80K)

Silencer is in the curved peice that connects to the throttle body. Google silencer mod f150 and you should be able to find the article I followed. Its easy just takes patience and elbow grease

I just bought mine about a month ago too and I replaced all the differential fluids as well as most of the stuff you have done. I need to still do the plugs yet and I also dumped a fuel injector cleaner into one tank of fuel. All this stuff seemed to help quite a bit I went from about 15mpg on the way home with the truck to about 17ish on my way to a job. But the stock air filter that was in mine originally was DIRTY! So that is likely where most of the gains came from.
