You're not going to be running the factory PCM are you? Because that's what immobilizes the vehicle, so if you don't use it it won't work. I have no clue about diesel swaps though, I'm just assuming you don't use the factory PCM.

It controls some other features that I don't want to go in an replace. Yea I'm keeping it, there is just nothing for the engine to hook up to except for the oil pressure sensor, water temp sensor, and maybe one or two other things. Like I stated earlier, the only way to kill the diesels is to kill power to the injection pump or kill the fuel going to the pump so I'm kinda wondering how it would work. It be nice to be able to go to normal keys...but if it still would need more expensive keys oh well.
