Default Cherry bomb or flowmaster

Title pretty much says it all
Cherry bomb extreme or flowmaster super 10? I know they are both single chamber but from there diagrams one is a V shape and the other is a L shape.

Have you tried just cutting the muffler already? Saves money and a lot of people like it.

Neither. In my opinion. Cut the muffler off (it's really not loud at all.) or go with a magnaflow or borla if you want to stick to more known brands. I'm running two Aero Turbine at2525xl which is internally resonated. They sound good but kill too much of the v8 sound I like. I'm going to get the at2525 which is the same muffler just not resonated later down the line when my engine is finished up. They're also sold as jones turbine jt2525/jt2525xl.

I'm just not a fan of chambered mufflers. Straight through is my choice.

What kind of headers? I'm guessing shorty? You'll love the deep sound of the aero/jones turbine mufflers. Trust me.

I have the 4.6L and all stock exhaust besides a Flowmaster 10 series. If I where to do it again I would just cut it out and straight pipe it. The 10 series as you said is a tiny single chamber muffler that really doesn't do anything and the truck isn't very loud at all. I'd save the couple hundred dollars and straight pipe. Not only that, I've owned this muffler for just over a year and the paint has burned off so it's a matter of time before it rusts out.

I found a diy exhaust kit online that has all the tubing to run my exhaust from the Y pipe to dual out all the way to the bumper and its $172.49. Would you say that is a fair price all the tubes are bent and comes with clamps and hangers?

I did not want mine super loud so I used this kit. Had it for two years and it continues to sound better. Only difference is I ran mine straight out the back. Flowmaster!

Dingle, just throw whatever's the cheapest on there. A coffee can would do.
