Default Cheap Tips

everybody list things you can do to your truck for cheap, under 50 bucks,

ex: if your headlights look like the morning fog and you can't see. Don't go buy the 20-30 dollar kits(that don't normally last very long) at the auto parts store.

USE DEET...Well, bug spray put more simply. I use "Off deep woods", supposedly has more deet in it and I find it works better than the normal stuff.

Just spray 5-8 heavy coats of it on your headlights. DO NOT WIPE. DO NOT TOUCH. Just spray it until it dries(1-2 minutes) and spray it again. Do it until it looks CLOSE to new. Don't do more than 8 coats otherwise you're wasting Off and possibly doing more harm than good. You don't need to worry about your paint or other plastic parts.

To get rid of odors in your vehicle use vinegar and coffee ground. Put vinegar in a bowl leave in vehicle as long as ya can and put coffee ground in a sock ad put in the vehicle also. It works great. Smell of vinegar for a day but after that no foul smells.

Completely depends on how the truck is geared.

Also (someone else had posted this on here and I tried it, works wonders!), roll up the windows, turn on the a/c full blast, and spray febreze into the wiper cowl. It'll suck it in there and get it through the heat ducts and kill any smell in there. I had to do it twice, but none the less, it worked.

I've done plenty of under $50 mods.

55w driving lights, that got turned into aux reverse lights
Spray paint inside of grille black (lead to the lights going to the *** end)
Raptor style running lights
"new" wheels from the junkyard
Smoked tails
Pioneer 6.5 inch door speakers
Cupholders
iPod cable

and the list goes on. I'm a broke college student haha
