Cheap, Easy, Fun Mods!!
Job to big for a Dremel, as you've noticed. You want a grinder w a flex drive attachment. Job will go much faster, too.
It was a pain in the ***! The wiring and making it clean looking was the toughest part! At least mine is lifted and I have room to get under the truck..I imagine you had to do some lift to do the work underneath...
WOULD like to add additional "fog" lights.
I added a V cheap K-mart halogen set to my AZ MaxiVan. Low spread, vertically, but almost 180° horizontally. Helped to see around corners, when on roads that were cut through berms and hills. Added comfort. No surprise deer, peckory, et al. No prob for oncoming trafffic.

I guess its a matter of perspective...lights from amazon 150$ installation to me was just a matter of patience -- My OCD kicked in as I had to make sure the wiring looked nice and tight and proper but actually the work was easy no customization--and at 53 on my back work is definitely getting harder.....had to take many breaks to rest my arms...lol
