I added these tow mirrors that I was given for Christmas from one of my sons. They are made for a 97-02 Expedition. Power mirrors and bolted up exactly. The only thing I had to change was the placement of one wire in the connectors. Sure makes a difference on the visibility of other traffic. I also added bright LED bulbs on the interior, and a touch screen stereo. Not done yet. Still stuff to get done.

I'd love to hear and see details on both the mirror and stereo install. Does it have its own wifi? Map?
EDIT; Is yours an 02? 2WD? My 01 is barely different in the fan surround and w a 4WD ****.

This stereo is a Pioneer DMH-1500NEX. No factory wifi, but it does have Apple/Android play. I can set the screen tiles to show the map, (which can be whatever the main device can show) as well as what app the music comes from. It is also able to use a reverse camera, and Sirius XM as well. The mirrors bolted right up with no mod to the door at all. Mine already had power mirrors, so I just had to plug them in and test. These mirrors are heated as well. My truck doesn't have the switches for the heat, but the wiring was the same other than having to move one wire in the harness. I will get some pics of the screen of my stereo to show the tile arrangement and stereo capabilities.

Here is a pic of the stereo with the Android play, and a pic of the mirror from the drivers side.

here is a video on the mirror install process.
The difference for the power mirrors is the harness connection.

My 01 did not come w heated or power mirrors. I lean towards economy, and mainly live in the flat lands,.towing and hauling little, and rarely see a frost this last decade, so big mirrors are secondary, as much as they would be nice.
I do want a map, but dislike tying up my phone to have it. Hmmm. Sure is a sano look, however. Kudos! Nice son!!!
Hi everyone I’m new to this but I’m going to try and explain my issue I’m having. So for some backstory my 99 f150 with the 5.4 triton has had a few issues over the years I had the transmission rebuilt about 2 years ago and it hasn’t stopped having problems since then. I replaced plugs and wires after having the heater core leak into the back passenger side coil causing a misfire and after that issue was fixed no I have a crank no start issue and all I get on the dash for lights is the dead battery light. The truck has a brand new in the last month battery and I’ve never had this problem before. I have also replaced the ignition switch on the column and done some diagnostics as far as finding out that I must have a short somewhere because I have 11 V of power to the body. Also, I have unhooked the electrical connection that goes through the firewall on the driver side and found that I no longer have power to the body. What should I look for or look into?

I'm no expert, but 11v to the body caused by a short would probably reveal itself very quickly in the form of heat. I would instead focus your attention on the connections and quality of the feed to the body. If you (I assume) have a good 12.6V+ at the battery, and only 11V in the cab you will somewhere find a poor connection. If you need diagrams, I can sling some your way when I return from school. I will say, my truck will turn on all test lights and whatnot at pretty much any voltage that can crank the truck, roughly somewhere greater than 10V. I would pick a circuit that exhibits this low voltage, something easy, and trace it back to the battery, powers and grounds, until you find the culprit. My bet says a bad chassis ground, or maybe the ones behind the kick panels at your feet. Good luck, and let me know if you need anything more.
Side note, this would get more attention as a separate thread, maybe consider moving it. You'll get more help.
