Default Bug Deflector

What do you guys think of a bug deflectors... I had a camo one on my truck and took it off and deciding put it back on, paint it black, or leave it off. What do you guys think

I like mine, it's flipped 2 birds up and over the cab.

If you live in the salt belt, keep it off. They hold the salt and rust your hood. And after a couple years you have to keep it on, because the rust looks so bad, you need to keep it on.

Every hood I looked at in 2 junk yards had the same rust bubble. Some were even splitting the hood under the lip. I jave rust where the bolts for the deflector attaches but didnt do anything to them. I cant blame the deflector for the pic below but I took care of my rust.
