Default Braking problems

My 2000 F-150 XLT 2WD just recently had the whole front end worked on because it had a terrible ride and now its better. Heres the problem.... When under modest braking the whole dash rattles really really badly. When I got the front end worked on I took it to NBT because it was close. That was a mistake..... They said it would take maximum of and hour and a half. I was there for over 6 hours. After that i was told the rotors and and pads were replaced but im starting to question that. Is it possible that my rotors werent replaced and i need to replace them? it has 193,000 on it.

The shaking is usually a sign of warped rotors. If the put new ones on, they shouldn't be warped. Unless they are el-cheapos that warped already.

Take it back and complain. What did they charge you for rotors? Quality ones are under $100. $70 or so if I remember correctly.

Original ones are Proly groves some if they weren't replaced. Also should be able to feel it in the brake pedal if they are warped cuz it will push the calipers open which makes the pedal come back up
