It's more than likely the hoses causing the problem. I had this issue with my front brakes and both of my hoses on the front were screwed. The looked fine from the outside but when you would let up on the brake pedal, they were so bad internally that it wouldn't let any brake fluid go back to the master cylinder. I removed mine from the steel lines up front with A LOT of PB Blaster and just slowly trying to brake them free.

hey i am glad that you were able to repair your truck. i have been waiting to see how you ended up. i did not want to hijack your trend.
i do have a couple of questions.
did you have to special order your rubber hoses?
i am also wondering if this is the same problem that i have. my left front wheel did this once but when i let it cool down it stopped. i was wondering if it was the hose why would if start working again?
i was wondering if maybe the abs was going bad?
anyway i can change the hose if i know what to buy. thanks for the help in advance.

I bought my hoses and steel lines at autozone. The f150 being America's most popular truck, you could get them at almost any auto parts store. The hoses were in stock and were only 20 something bucks. the steel lines where less than $10 but I had to bend them buy hand, which is easy. Go on to autozones website and see whats up.

Well I got the new line and put it on the truck in about 30 minutes.
I drove the truck but I do not know it I have solved the problem
It only stuck a couple of times and I have drove the truck a couple of times with no problems.
I guess I will just keep driving and see what happens

I spoke too soon! I went on a long drive today and the problem is back. It's not sticking but dragging alitte. The hose was only have of the problem! I guess rotors are next... than calipers.

Make sure there is no air in the caliper pins that can cause the brakes to drag along with warped rotors

I noticed the center of the rotors heat up first and the most. I think i'll check the parking brakes again. Also check the caliper out.
