You can check the box but I never found a problem. I never got into the data logging side of the app.

Is there no OBD2 Blue tooth adapter for my 97 F150 that will show Trans Temp???

 

I'm using this one on several vehicles, including a 99 F150. The real cheap elm327 ones off eBay don't work well and actually crash my newest car. I think forscan will show trans temps, and probably some other phone apps like torque. I haven't actually looked to see though.
